  • All paintings are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy, protective tubes.
    Craft pieces are securely packaged using bubble wrap, cushioning materials, and sturdy boxes to protect every detail during transit. Each item is carefully handled to ensure it arrives safely and intact.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, don’t worry, we’re here to help. Please send us clear photos and a video of the unpacking process at support@tingieart.com, and our team will take care of it as quickly as possible.
